Our four Pillars of Care
Fit, Family Support, Quality Care, 360 Degree Access
We match the patient with someone who speaks their language, respects their culture, and understands their individual dietary requirements and preferences. Personality, warmth, and interests are priorities for a good fit between patient and home health aide and we understand those relationship needs. Ensuring that our aides don’t just provide care for their patients but develop a liking for them is important to us. That is the focus of our communication and customer service efforts. At Caring Professionals, the match has to work well, not just work out. Our competitors enroll their parents with us for this reason; no one else customizes home care like we do.
From the first call on wards, extensive personal support is given to all family members. We understand that accessing services can be confusing and frustrating; there are forms to fill out and systems to understand. We contact the patient’s physician and submit required documentation.
Our intake, coordinators, and all staff members focus on clarifying what will happen and when it will happen so that everyone is informed. They follow up with reminders and check-ins to determine whether these did indeed occur and troubleshoot when problems develop. They explain things simply and specifically so that you know what is happening every step of the way. Our nurses develop a Plan of Care and supervise the aides. Like family, Caring Professionals staff are on top of things to ensure that your loved ones receive care as soon as possible and that no obstacles to care develop along the way.
Quality Care at All Costs!
Through guidance and assistance, we help families maximize the care they can secure for their loved one under his coverage. Our intake professionals expedite the application process for enrollment in the best care plan for their individual needs – when it is needed.
Rest assured that nothing stands in the way of our care for your vulnerable one. If for some reason an aide is unable to work, we will immediately send another aide to provide care and ensure your loved one’s safety and sense of security.
During Hurricane Sandy, our patients in neighborhoods affected by the storm were not left unattended. We secured private transportation at great cost to guarantee arrival of the caregivers and to safeguard the well-being of patients during that turbulent time. With an extra sense of responsibility and commitment, Caring Professionals always treats you like family.
Maintaining a top talent pool to give this level of service is important to us. We pay our aides more generously than others and give them health benefits and other amenities for this purpose. Our aides are our partners in caring and we want them to feel valued as such.
