Our Four Pillars Of Care
Not Just a Statement
Caring Professionals has values that define it. Respect for the elderly, sensitivity to dignity, concern for safety, and inclusion of family members are present from the first encounter. From assistance in filling out forms, follow up on submissions, call backs, and follow up, caring for your senior comes through every step of the way. Your need for someone to speak in the patient’s language and the peace of mind you need when you let a stranger in to take care of your loved one are understood. Home health aides are carefully screened for personal qualities and fit for your individual situation. The comfort and security of the senior and his family are paramount and we communicate regularly to ensure that everyone is satisfied. At Caring Professionals, you are family.
The same is true of our staff. We believe that home health aides also need caring like family. We provide them with health care benefits, paid vacations, scheduling options, and other amenities, as they are part of our family of caregivers. Caring Professionals’ home health aides have the professional qualifications they need: certification and training, as a matter of course.
Taking care of my grandfather has long been the role of my uncle. Caring Professionals not only informed me that my uncle could get paid for what he does, but they patiently coached him through the enrollment process. Now the whole family is so much happier about my grandfather’s aging.
When my mother-in-law was not getting enough hours to deal with her nighttime disorder, Caring Professionals advised us how to apply for an assessment by the appropriate MLTC. She now has adequate coverage and wonderful aides. We can sleep at night knowing that she won’t injure herself like she has in the past.
